Living healthy and strong has been a passion of mine since I was 16 years old. I find so much excitement in helping people accomplish their goals, gain self confidence, and see a side of themselves that they thought was only imaginary. Seeing my client become more confident, stronger, and happier is the best and most rewarding part of what I do. I absolutely love it. I hope to do that for you!

Hiring a personal trainer can be intimidating and confusing. This is a great option for those who are looking for a personalized routine, and a coach that will hold you accountable. You will have a scheduled time with me only reserved for you! The best part, I'll be there the whole time guiding and motivating you!

WORKOUT WITH THE APP
Use the app option to workout at anytime, anywhere. The workouts will still be 100% customized to you and your goals and there will be videos for each workout! Its a great option if you want to save a little money, yet still get the full benefits of having a fully customized workout plan.
One on one sessions are the game changers but they can be expensive. This option is great if you want to get the benefit of live coaching, and use the app as well! Some workouts will be live with me, while others will be done through the app. You'll get the benefits of the live coaching, while implementing what you learn into your app workouts.

I don't even know where to begin with my gratitude and appreciation for Laury and her passion for helping people with their fitness goals. I met her 2 years ago in my last attempt to lose weight without resulting in weight loss surgery. She motivated and inspired me to believe in myself again and that I could do it on my own again, with supporting me either way. Her understanding my prior body injuries when giving me my personal workout assignments was very important in my process because my previous personal trainers wanted me to push through certain things that made me uncomfortable. I've not only gained the best personal trainer ever, I've also gained a friend, while getting closer to my goal.
Hi everyone. I just wanted to let you know about my personal trainer, Laury Jordan, and her business, Aspen Inspired Fitness. I have been doing all of her workouts on the app since May, still getting personal attention without meeting in person. I have a long way to go but I have lost a lot of inches, some weight, and gained al lot of confidence. I love her as a trainer because she's very attentive, answering questions, giving advice on nutrition, tips on proper form, and is very encouraging. Nothing worth doing is easy. You definitely have to put the work in during the workouts as well as in the kitchen, but it's well worth it!
I set a goal of improving my fitness during the pandemic. I am training with Laury on a Hybrid plan which means we have one session per week on video and the other sessions are on my own using Laury's instructions. She organizes the instructions on her app with videos of the exercises. The plan is customized for me and is easy to follow. I am making progress and feeling good.
Laury's coaching works and she can help you make fitness an integral part of your life. With her program I've learned that working out can be done anywhere at any time.
Laury is a very knowledgeable and detailed person. Her attentiveness and focus on you during training is I think her special gift.
Because of her training with me, I hardly have any backpain anymore and my shoulder feels so much more flexible and strong.
